U na\u0161em kolektivu te su razlike katkad astronomskih razmjera. Organizacijska klima je pojam koji ozna\u010dava skup zajedni\u010dkih percepcija zaposlenika o njihovom radnom okru\u017eenju, kulturi i me\u0111usobnim odnosima. Ona se stvara spontano ili usmjereno, gdje je potonje vrlo va\u017eno kada je cilj premostiti razlike koje smo spomenuli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se mo\u017ee \u010diniti da su aktivnosti poput proslava ro\u0111endana i teambuildinga samo prilike za dru\u017eenje, njihov utjecaj na organizacijsku klimu mo\u017ee biti zna\u010dajan. Kako u Humani Novoj ove aktivnosti doprinose pobolj\u0161anju organizacijske klime i timskog duha?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Organizacijska klima u skladu s vrijednostima poduze\u0107a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je li vam poznat osje\u0107aj da ste ne\u0161to shvatili tek nakon \u0161to ste u potpunosti promijenili perspektivu, iako vam je dugo bilo \u2018\u2019pod nosom\u2019\u2019? Proslava ro\u0111endana i teambuilding aktivnosti pru\u017eaju priliku zaposlenicima da se opuste i me\u0111usobno pove\u017eu izvan radnog okru\u017eenja. Izlaskom iz rutine, iz mjehuri\u0107a vlastite svakodnevice, do izra\u017eaja dolaze druge informacije, obilje\u017eja i \u010dinjenice. Uspijevamo sagledati drugu stranu ne\u010dije, ali i svoje pri\u010de. Katkad uspijevamo razviti malo vi\u0161e <strong>tolerancije<\/strong>, katkad malo vi\u0161e <strong>povjerenja<\/strong> i <strong>po\u0161tovanja<\/strong>, shvatiti jo\u0161 malo vi\u0161e vlastitu <strong>odgovornost<\/strong>. \u0160to je najva\u017enije, aktivnosti poput ro\u0111endana poti\u010du osje\u0107aj <strong>zajedni\u0161tva<\/strong> i <strong>pripadnosti<\/strong>, \u0161to je mnogima koji su dosad bili na margini dru\u0161tva itekako potrebno da bi si dopustili biti ono \u0161to jesu i rasti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Svaki \u010dlan tima ima va\u017enu ulogu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U na\u0161a dva pogona, ali i ostalim dijelovima poduze\u0107a, postoje razli\u010dite uloge i radni zadaci. Ono na \u0161to se svakodnevno nastojimo podsjetiti jest \u010dinjenica da su svi oni jednako va\u017eni. Tako\u0111er, bitno je shva\u0107anje da nemamo svi iste fizi\u010dke ili mentalne mogu\u0107nosti, ali i da svatko u ne\u010demu mo\u017ee biti najbolji. Svjesni smo da svaki \u010dlan tima ima va\u017enu ulogu, a kad se zaposlenici osje\u0107aju cijenjeno i uklju\u010deno, njihova motivacija raste. Upravo smo zato odlu\u010dili tu va\u017enost uloge svakog pojedinca odigrati i osvijestiti i kroz igru, u opu\u0161tenom tonu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lov na blago na Marini Prelog<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U \u0161estom mjesecu ove godine, ro\u0111endane smo proslavili na Marini Prelog. Osim tradicionalne proslave, imali smo zadatak prona\u0107i blago, u igri koju je za nas pripremila ekipa iz <a href=\"https:\/\/terriblecreations.com\/\">Terrible Creations<\/a>. Ova igra ne samo da je bila zabavna, ve\u0107 nas je potaknula na fizi\u010dku aktivnost i intelektualne izazove. \u0160to smo vje\u017ebali kroz igru i rje\u0161avanje zajedni\u010dkih zadataka? Suradnju, komunikaciju, rje\u0161avanje problema i zajedni\u010dko dono\u0161enje odluka, a nevjerojatan je efekt anga\u017eiranosti koji se pojavio kod svih, \u010dak i onih skepti\u010dnih. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/humananova.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Humana-Nova-80-1-1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16602\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0160to smo nau\u010dili kroz role playing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ove su vje\u0161tine itekako dobrodo\u0161le na radnom mjestu, pobolj\u0161avaju\u0107i timsku koheziju i efikasnost. \u0160to smo dobili dru\u017eenjem nakon toga i jo\u0161 jednom proslavom ro\u0111endana? Opu\u0161tenost, manju razinu stresa, ve\u0107u razinu motivacije i efikasnost.
