{"id":18618,"date":"2024-03-30T18:58:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-30T17:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/humananova.org\/?p=18618"},"modified":"2025-07-09T12:54:16","modified_gmt":"2025-07-09T10:54:16","slug":"objavljena-publikacija-o-kljucnim-preprekama-jednakosti-razlicitosti-i-inkluziji-u-organizacijama-koje-rade-s-mladima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/humananova.org\/en\/2024\/03\/30\/objavljena-publikacija-o-kljucnim-preprekama-jednakosti-razlicitosti-i-inkluziji-u-organizacijama-koje-rade-s-mladima\/","title":{"rendered":"OBJAVLJENA PUBLIKACIJA O KLJU\u010cNIM PREPREKAMA JEDNAKOSTI, RAZLI\u010cITOSTI I INKLUZIJI U ORGANIZACIJAMA KOJE RADE S MLADIMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Preuzmite publikaciju&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fso.hr\/fso-publikacije\/kljucne-prepreke-jednakosti-razlicitosti-i-inkluziji-u-organizacijama-koje-rade-s-mladima-iskustvo-iz-pet-zemalja-eu-a-sazetak-izvjesca-o-komparativnom-istrazivanju\/\">OVDJE<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fso.hr\/projekti\/edi-go\/\">EDI GO projekt<\/a>&nbsp;(<\/strong><em>Equality<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 ravnopravnost,<em>&nbsp;Diversity<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 razli\u010ditost,&nbsp;<em>Inclusion<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 inkluzija)<strong>&nbsp;od po\u010detka 2023. godine u suradnji s partnerima&nbsp;<\/strong>iz&nbsp;<strong>Gr\u010dke<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Francuske<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>\u0160panjolske<\/strong>&nbsp;i&nbsp;<strong>Italije<\/strong>&nbsp;razvija resurse za ravnopravnije i inkluzivnije politike i prakse organizacija koje rade s mladima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bismo znali u kojem smjeru razvijati resurse, provedeno je 50 polu-strukturiranih intervjua i 15 fokus grupa s 99 mladih osoba te 50 zaposlenika:ica i volontera:ki koji rade s mladima u 5 zemalja s 30 organizacija. Analizom dobivenih rezultata pokazalo se kako su diskriminaciji i neprihva\u0107anju u ve\u0107oj mjeri izlo\u017eeni mladi&nbsp;<strong>ni\u017eeg socioekonomskog statusa, pripadnici drugih rasa (tamnopute osobe), razli\u010ditog podrijetla ili nacionalnosti, mladi koji izlaze iz rodno-normativnih okvira te mladi s invaliditetom (fizi\u010dkim, kognitivnim i\/ili psiholo\u0161kim).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvedeni su zaklju\u010dci da mladi ljudi u nepovoljnom polo\u017eaju \u010desto tra\u017ee sigurnost unutar vlastitih skupina. Novoprido\u0161li migranti i mladi Romi, uz diskriminaciju, susre\u0107u se s dodatnim problemima (obrazovni sustav, tr\u017ei\u0161te rada\u2026) zbog jezi\u010dne barijere. Nejednak tretman i rodno pristrano pona\u0161anje prema mladima te diskriminatorno i isklju\u010divo pona\u0161anje prema LGBTQI+ mladima prijavljeno je u svim zemljama. Mladi koji istovremeno pripadaju vi\u0161e skupina u nepovoljnom polo\u017eaju pod jo\u0161 su ja\u010dim udarom diskriminacije i isklju\u010denosti. Stoga se poti\u010de organizacije koje rade s mladima da ulo\u017ee dodatne napore za provedbu organizacijske i strukturne promjene kako bi postale (jo\u0161) vi\u0161e inkluzivne prema mladima razli\u010ditih identiteta i podrijetla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dne preporuke upu\u0107ene organizacijama vezane uz suo\u010davanje s ovim problemima prikupljene su tijekom projekta. Preporu\u010deno je provjeriti koje skupine mladih su obuhva\u0107ene aktivnostima organizacije te potencijalno poraditi na uklju\u010divanju \u0161ireg spektra mladih u nepovoljnom polo\u017eaju. Tako\u0111er, potrebno je razviti ili unaprijediti organizacijsku politiku za promociju vrijednosti jednakosti i razli\u010ditosti. Preporuka je i uklju\u010diti sve djelatnike organizacije u ove procese te im osigurati mogu\u0107nosti stru\u010dnog usavr\u0161avanja kako bi se pove\u0107ala predanost i stru\u010dnost u EDI temama unutar organizacije.
