In 2025, we collected 791 tons of textiles. Textiles that would otherwise end up in a landfill get a new purpose at Humana Nova. Mostly through the hard-working hands of our employees - women whom the system stopped noticing at one point.
This is not just about the work, but about restoring a sense of belonging and value. An opportunity that changes life and its direction. For us, inclusion is not just a concept and people are not just a number. We do not fit people into the system, but we adapt the system to them. Everyone who comes to work for us gets the opportunity for a new beginning.
The change that we have been building together for more than 15 years is not always measurable in numbers and does not stay just within our walls. It spreads further through our people, changing the community in which we live and the way we see the world.
