We promote the employment of people with disabilities and other socially excluded individuals through a model based on textile waste management, as well as the production and sale of high-quality, innovative textile products made from ecological and recycled materials for domestic and international markets. We contribute to the sustainable development of the local community, poverty reduction, and nature conservation.
Our team consists of 56 employees, including 33 people with disabilities and 20 individuals from other marginalized groups.
Sustainable fashion is not just a trend, but a revolution that is changing the way we look at our clothes and their production. Sustainable fashion today, saves the world tomorrow.
We responsibly manage the textiles that come to us and create new value through recycling, redesign, and reuse.
We believe sustainability only makes sense when it is embedded in all aspects of business—and that’s exactly how we operate, every single day.
Instead of fast fashion, we choose slow fashion—unique, high-quality, and sustainable, with a clear social and environmental mission.
We conduct trainings on circular economy and social entrepreneurship, showcasing our work in practice.
We offer opportunities to people facing barriers to employment due to disability, long-term unemployment, or other challenges.
For us, sustainability isn’t a trend—it’s a responsibility. We follow the principles of ethical and sustainable production in every item we create.
By repurposing textiles, we reduce waste, save resources, and create jobs for those who need them most. By employing people from marginalized groups, we help build a more inclusive community—and reinvest our profits into further development.
CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN PRACTICE
For us, sustainability and circularity are not just concepts—they are woven into every part of our business. What does that look like in practice?
Through our textile waste management model, we have collected over 5,000 tonnes of textiles to date. In 2024 alone, we collected a record 723 tonnes—significantly reducing waste and preserving natural resources.
As a social enterprise registered as a non-profit business, we reinvest all our profits into our work and development. This allows us to stay true to our values and continuously improve what we do.
The core values of our collective are respect, tolerance, trust, and responsibility. We uphold these values every day within our team—and apply them equally in our relationships with clients, partners, and the local community. We believe they are the foundation for building strong, lasting, and sustainable relationships.
